April leads Folia’s customer success initiative by cultivating our user community, ensuring customers can maximize Folia’s product suite, and providing personable troubleshooting. At her core, April is an others-centric, compassionate doer.
April consistently focuses her work on people with a diverse background spanning healthcare, research, philanthropy, and volunteerism. In college, she engaged in advanced neuroscience research. As a military spouse and mom, she has given her time and talents to support military families and the communities they have lived in abroad (England and South Korea) and across several U.S. states.
In her free time, April is primarily an unpaid Uber driver, shuttling her children between their myriad of activities, but otherwise enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and tending to both her imaginary “in a perfect world” garden and being an expert countertop-basil-grower.
April holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from East Carolina University.
